  • 12/2022 - Minimum Wage Act - The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions has updated their Minimum Wage Act notice. The updated notice reflects an adjustment of the state minimum wage to $12.00/hour, effective January 1, 2023. The poster revision date is December 27, 2022.
