Employers must provide the notice, “Your Rights Under USERRA”, by posting it where employee notices are customarily placed.

Equal Employment Opportunity "It's The Law" Labor Law Poster
The EEOC posting was revised in November of 2009 to include the new GINA (Genetic Information Non-Disclosure Act). All covered employers are required to post the Equal Employment Opportunity "It's The Law" posting. New GINA requirements apply to private, state, and local government employers with 15 or more employees. Labor unions, employment agencies, joint labor-management training programs, as well as Congress and federal executive branch agencies must also comply with GINA requirements.

Employee Polygraph Protection Act Labor Law Poster
Under the Act, the Secretary of Labor is directed to distribute a notice of the Act's protections, to issue rules and regulations, and to enforce the provisions of the Act. The Act empowers the Secretary of Labor to bring injunctive actions in U.S. district courts to restrain violations, and to assess civil money penalties up to $10,000 against employers who violate any provision of the Act.

OSHA Posting (Job Safety and Health Protection)
The OSHA posting is mandatory for all employers engaged in business affecting commerce. It does not apply to federal, state or political subdivisions of states.

The E-Verify Poster

E-Verify is an Internet-based system that allows businesses to determine the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States. E-Verify is fast, free and easy to use – and it’s the best way employers can ensure a legal workforce.

E-Verify Poster FAQ

Q: What is the E-Verify poster?
A: Many states have passed laws that require employers to register with the federal E-Verify program, which is used to determine if workers are eligible for employment. If your state has an E-Verify law, covered employers must register for E-Verify through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and must post the required E-Verify posters.
When should I post the E-Verify Poster?
Only employers who have registered for E-Verify should post the required posters which can be downloaded during the registration process as proof of their participation in the program.
Why is the E-Verify poster not included on your Federal Poster?
Only the DHS can provide these required E-Verify posters to employers. For these reasons E-Verify posters are not included on our state labor law posters. For further information about E-Verify, or to register for the program and download the required posters, go to the DHS E-Verify home page athttp://www.dhs.gov/e-verify or call 888-464-4218.
