Illinois Firearm Concealed Carry Act Notice Poster

Owners of private businesses (excluding residences) wishing to ban the carrying of firearms, or those businesses designated as a statutorily prohibited area must conspicuously display the Illinois State Police approved sign, in accordance with the Firearm Concealed Carry Act. The notice must be displayed at each entrance to the building, premises or real property.

The specifications for the notice are met by our Illinois Firearms Concealed Carry Act Notice Poster:

• White background
• No text (except the reference to the Illinois Code 430 ILCS 66/1) or marking within the one-inch area surrounding the graphic design;
• a depiction of a handgun in black ink with a circle around and diagonal slash across the firearm in red ink;
• and that the circle be 4 inches in diameter.
• The sign in its entirety will measure at least 4 inches x 6 inches.
