Oregon Mandatory Posting Updates

  • 03/2024 - OSHA -The Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries has updated their OSHA notice. The updated notice reflects a new law regarding an employee’s right to refuse performing dangerous work. In addition, the new law prohibits employers from retaliating or discriminating against an employee who refuses to perform a hazardous task that would expose them to imminent danger or serious physical harm when there is no reasonable alternative.
  • 06/2023 - Minimum Wage - The Oregon Bureau of Labor Industries has updated their Minimum Wage notice. The updated notice reflects an adjustment to the 2023-2024 minimum wage rates. The effective date is July 1, 2023.
  • 06/2023 - Breaks & Meals/Overtime & Paychecks - The Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries has updated their Breaks & Meals/Overtime & Paychecks notice. The updated notice reflects that employers are required to pay overtime to agricultural workers after they work 55 hours in one workweek.
